CIMFR Technical Assistant Recruitment Notice 2020 Details – CSIR-Central Institute of Mining and Fuel Research(CSIR-CIMFR), Dhanbad is a premier ISO-9001 certified Research Institute under the aegis of Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR), an autonomous body under Department of Scientific & Industrial Research Organization and its mission is to Develop and Deliver Sustainable Cutting Edge Technologies of Social Upliftment and Industrial Advancement.
Applications are invited from enthusiastic, Indians with requisite qualification, experience and a high degree of motivation and desire to take up the job of Technical Assistant Grade III in CIMMFR. The details are given below –
Name of the post – Technical Assistant

Pay Scale – Rs. 35,400/- + Allowances (Level 6 in 7th CPC)
Discipline wise vacancy position –
Geology – 05
Qualification – First Class B.Sc with Geology as one of the subjects from a recognized university with one year experience in relevant discipline from a recognized Institute/ Organization.
Desirable Qualification – Knowledge of UV-VIS, GC, ICP etc.
Chemistry – 05
Qualification – First Class B.Sc with Chemistry as one of the subjects from a recognized university with one year experience in relevant discipline from a recognized Institute/ Organization.
Desirable Qualification – Knowledge of analytical instruments.
Zoology – 02
Qualification – First Class B.Sc with Zoology as one of the subjects from a recognized university with one year experience in relevant discipline from a recognized Institute/ Organization.
Desirable Qualification – Knowledge of GIS mapping.
Mining Engineering – 07
Qualification – First Class Diploma in Mining Engineering from a recognized university/institute with two years full time duration in case of lateral admission in Diploma courses or its equivalent with two years experience in relevant area from a recognized Institute/ Organization.
Desirable Qualification – Knowledge of CFD Moedlling software.
Mechanical Engg. – 01
Qualification – First Class Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university/institute with three years full time duration in case of lateral admission in Diploma courses or its equivalent with two years experience in relevant area from a recognized Institute/ Organization.
Desirable Qualification – Knowledge of CAD/CNC machine.
Chemical Engg. – 02
Qualification – First Class Diploma in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university/institute with three years full time duration in case of lateral admission in Diploma courses or its equivalent with two years experience in relevant area from a recognized Institute/ Organization.
Desirable Qualification – Knowledge of computer aided design.
Electrical Engg. – 01
Qualification – First Class Diploma in Mining Engineering from a recognized university/institute with three years full time duration in case of lateral admission in Diploma courses or its equivalent with two years experience in relevant area from a recognized Institute/ Organization.
Desirable Qualification – Knowledge of AUTOCAD.
Age Limit – Not more than 28 years (The upper age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC etc. candidates as per Government rules).
Application Fee – Candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 100/- only through only mode. After making necessary payment, the candidate must enclose the web generated slip along with the application form.
